ClearPath KVS delivers expert kitchen ventilation installation, consulting, and BIM services nationwide. We've built more hood systems than anyone — now we're putting that expertise to work for you.
The commercial kitchen ventilation industry has a staffing problem, not a product problem. Equipment is widely available. What's rare is the expertise to engineer it correctly, install it without errors, and see a project through from initial design to final inspection.
ClearPath brings together decades of hands-on ventilation experience under one roof — available for installation, consulting, BIM coordination, and full turnkey delivery.
Our model is simple: installation and consulting first, equipment second. We engage on your terms — and we own the outcome.
Five specialists. One team. Depth that most subs never reach.
Across every project type and market, coast to coast.
We know this work at a national scale — and at the field level.
Commercial kitchen ventilation done right the first time. We vet field crews and take full ownership of every install.
Factory-wired systems that eliminate separate electrical and control contractors. Less coordination, cleaner results.
Building Information Modeling coordination — the ventilation path defined before it becomes a field problem.
Licensed fire suppression installation. Code-compliant, fully coordinated, and documented.
GCs absorb more ventilation-related issues than anyone. ClearPath takes that burden off your plate — one accountable party, under one contract.
We work alongside your design team for ventilation path definition, BIM coordination, and installation.
We engage early so ventilation is designed in — not retrofitted around already-placed equipment.
ClearPath is not a competitor. We make your equipment sales stickier and your projects smoother.
A subcontractor you can trust to run the full kitchen ventilation scope — installation, fire protection, and controls — without it coming back to you.
Installation, coordination, electrical, and fire protection — all under one contract, with one team that owns the outcome from first drawing to final inspection.
We vet and deploy trusted field crews and take full ownership of every install. When ClearPath is on a project, there's no finger-pointing — we're the accountable party from scope definition through final sign-off. Hoods, duct work, exhaust systems: we own the whole path.
Factory-wired systems that eliminate the need for separate electrical and control contractors. We deliver systems that arrive on-site wired, tested, and ready — cutting out an entire layer of scheduling, communication, and liability that typically lands on the GC.
Building Information Modeling coordination for complex projects. We work alongside your design team to get the ventilation path defined before it becomes a field problem. Our engineers have worked on projects of every scale across all 50 states.
Licensed fire suppression installation for commercial kitchen exhaust systems. Our team's roots are in fire suppression — Donnie built a fire protection business from the ground up over 27 years. We carry Pyrochem, Ansul, and Amerex certifications.
For consultants, dealers, and architects: we're not asking to replace your relationships. We're the technical resource that makes your projects go smoother.
GCs absorb more ventilation-related issues than anyone. Coordination failures, code errors, field conflicts — they become your problem even when they're someone else's fault.
ClearPath is the one accountable party that takes that burden off your plate — installation, BIM coordination, and fully-wired control systems, all under one contract.
We work alongside your design team as the technical resource for ventilation path definition, BIM coordination, and installation. No equipment specification required.
ClearPath plugs in wherever the project needs us — design phase, BIM coordination, or installation.
We engage early so ventilation is designed in — not retrofitted around already-placed equipment. Air stays balanced, performance is predictable, and inspections go smoother.
ClearPath is not a competitor. We're the installation and services partner that makes your equipment sales stickier and your projects smoother. Equipment purchase is not required to work with us.
We partner with mechanical contractors who want a subcontractor they can trust to run the full kitchen ventilation scope — installation, fire protection, and controls — without creating problems that come back to them.
Our team has collectively designed, engineered, and installed commercial kitchen ventilation systems across thousands of projects nationwide — meeting the one need the industry was missing: a single accountable party for a full kitchen ventilation system to work properly.
Five specialists, one accountable team — depth most subs never reach.
